Thats pretty cool man. You have your own freakin gym!

Ive neatly pressed 295 behind the neck
Use to curl 135 on a straight bar with my back straight for sets 6 -12 reps
I squated 405 a handful of times and ended up screwing my knees up. Sometimes they are still rusty hinges

    When I dip I use 100# dumbells

Ive done close grip benches with 365 - I now use 275 - 315 on that

I cant deadlift because I have an L1 fusion in my back

I went drifting through the capitols of tin
where men cant walk or freely talk
and sons turn their fathers in

I thought that was pretty cool. Anyone else have any feats of strength stories excluding bench .
The best feat I have beat was breaking the 200 pound barrier. That took me years of training, but now my body wants to keep going. It's going to be an exciting time when I finish school and I can get on a consistant lifting schedule again.

I need to figure out how to cut down. If I can do the cutting phase I'll be in business to other unknown possiblities. I'll more than likely go and buy a book on bodybuilding dieting when I finish school and see what I can do.

Well, the coffee is starting to kick in, so it's GO TIME! Lifting back today.

        Hey man!

Cutting down is really simple! Basically you need to go into a calorie deficit. The important part is to figure out whether you are a fat burner or sugar burner or maybe even a combination of both! I would strongly recommend going high on the protein like you normally do. Myself, I have to cut out the carbs because I dont burn them - I store them. I dont burn fat that well either. Im trying to cut but I havent been doing so well. But when behaving, my dailly intake consists of eggs, chicken and fish( if I can tolerate it).

When Im lean Im able to eat carbs like rice with non fat sources of food OR I'll eat steak(has fat) with no carbs.

PM me if you need any help!

The problems I keep running into are low energy levels (during the cutting phase) at the gym. I haven't found the perfect combination yet, but I also get beat up with going to work and school. If I just had work and gym, I would be much better off.

I made 204 earlier this month and I was weak and my muscles were flat. I'm 210 now and my muscles are full and I feel strong. I figure with the rising temps, thats going to help me burn more calories.

One step at a time. School first, then its gym time!

Yeah, low energy levels are innevitable when cutting! There are some that are able to overcome it with some carbs in thier diet or just because they are genetically advantaged while dieting. It seems we are not!

If there was someway I could convince you to go heavy would you? Its just that there are so many benefits to it! Like right now; You would be better able to gauge your strength and hold onto your muscular gains while cutting your bodyfat

I lift heavy in the winter time generally. I suck down tons of calories and I have plenty of energy to burn. I made 220 pounds this past winter and I'm expecting close to 230 pounds this winter since school will be over by then! WaHooo!

I'm still careful when I lift heavy due to past injury's. I never use a spotter, I use the saftey's instead. Seems when I did use a training partner I would get injured because I would push way too hard. When I lift alone, I can go slow, steady and at my pace.

It's time to go. I can feel the caffine starting to kick in. GO TIME!
