Ive neatly pressed 295 behind the neck
Use to curl 135 on a straight bar with my back straight for sets 6 -12 reps
I squated 405 a handful of times and ended up screwing my knees up. Sometimes they are still rusty hinges
When I dip I use 100# dumbells
Ive done close grip benches with 365 - I now use 275 - 315 on that
I cant deadlift because I have an L1 fusion in my back
