The max I've ever done was 315lbs. about 4 yrs ago. I was doing 4 sets of 8 reps@225lbs. two months ago. Speaking of which....I should really get back into it again!Nitrous Oxide.....Cocaine for cars.

Most I ever did was 365 once. Now I can probably do 275 once or 225 6-8 times.....really REALLY gotta start lifting again.Comment
