285 was my max with a bum shoulder. After all the weight I lost after 2 surgeries, I would say ~190 now if I'm lucky. Once we move into a house and I get a bench press up, it'll go back up. Nothing but curls and military press for now.

I did 210 back in HS. Now I can do about 160. Luckily it only takes me a few weeks of hard lifting to get back to where I was when I was lifting in HS.

flat, barbell bench... right now, crap... Probably no more than 250. Have done as much as 325.
flat, dumbell bench... still not so good now, but I worked up to three sets of 10 with 125s at one point and definately left some on the table...
Dumbells > Barbell.
If you are able, save them a place inside of you and save one backward glance when you are leaving for the places they can no longer go. Be not ashamed to say you loved them, though you may or may not have always. Take what they have left and what they have taught you with their dying and keep it with your own. And in that time when men decide and feel safe to call the war insane, take one moment to embrace those gentle heroes you left behind.
Plain and simple...If i even tried to find out i would hurt myself
