Hey LES... if I wanted to go from my stock 26 top gear down to a 25 gear would that make a lot of difference in acceleration and can I use the same chain?

Vintage run I went on last weekend. 21st annual Tamarack sno-flyers' Vintage Run

I rode this 1974 Massey Ferguson Ski Whiz. It was a great machine!
