    navigator fluctuating idle

2001 navigator, 140k, never had any problems until now. when idling, even after being warmed up, the rpms fluctuate. started doing this a few days ago, any ideas?

Check for a vac leak. Clean the throttle body and IAC.

You need to take off that little plastic intake cover on top of the engine with the Lincoln emblem on it.

The elbow is soft rubber and is connected to like an ~1/8th inch plastic vacuum tube.

culprit was the 'fuel injector coil'
