Cheap as fuck. Then just do whatever is needed to get the injector firing order right using the existing harness, and profit. Cheaper and easier than a 351.
negative ghost rider... do not touch the injector harness... ever! it is better for it to run off time then to mix and match the 02 signals, you will wash the cylinders down, compared to a rough idle. having the sequential timing off on the injectors doesn't matter much because once it is over 1200rpms the injector firing rate is high enough that it doesnt make a difference. but if you correct the firing order of the injectors, the o2 banks will be off. 4 cylinders will always be flooding and the other four will always run lean.

Why can't you switch the injector plugs around like you would with the spark plugs when going from non HO to HO?

Makes sense. So what if you just use the HO computer? Wouldn't it end up having the injectors pinned out in the correct order for the 13726548 firing order?

sure that would work fine... you could even use the da1 mustang ecu and it is almost a direct bolt in...

or you could do nothing... it will run fine with the non ho computer. it would just idle rough. that is the only noticeable difference.

Than my opinion on the subject is Explorer motor, HO dizzy, and HO computer.
