Who is this and what is her #

The thing in blue is a filter and goes on the end of the pump. The clips will become obvious when you take the old one out. Wire it up the same way.

the thing in blue is what retains the filter. make sure you get a new filter in the tank.

All things are needed, and you can purchase each part at you local auto parts store. There really isn't a way to test the pump as the fuel in your tank cools the actual pump. Sure you can hook it up to 12 volts and it should kick on, but even a weak pump will still run. Dropping the gas tank isn't that hard to do, just make the tank IS NOT full. Good Luck.
