Kinda off topic, yet still on topic....What are the best front rotors to go with to make 99GT's fit on my 91 notch, without wheel spacers? spindle doesnt allow me to put center cap on...what hardware do i need to go along with those rotors....price?

nope, only a lincoln set up all around....backspacing on the 99's isnt as much as on old 95 tri-bars....center caps dont fit now.

If you have lincoln front rotors...you need to goto a hub style spindle to fit the 99 wheels properly because the new setups don't have that bearing snout.

I'm not really sure what you are asking but you can't just 'change rotors' for those wheels to fit.

Im well aware of this, hence my "what 'hardware' do i need to go with this" statement. So again I ask whomever knows, what is needed to do this?

You mean welding the wheels to the spindle won't work? Maybe thats why my car is slow but does awesome burnouts...
