HiTech Motorsport in Ramsey charges (I think) $60 for two pulls. I don't know what the hourly rate is.

I know a carb tune and pulls is $150 an hour and they do all the work. Not sure about F.I.

If you're looking for a strictly engine dyno, I went to Wheeler in Blaine, they charge $60 per hour.. Jeff is a good guy.

What else is in the combo. Heads intake cam exhaust. Seems low for a built 347. If your running stock heads I could see these number but a H/C/I stroker should put down around 350-380 RWHP. Is this a auto car.
                    Progress. Should be fun.

I would be interested to know the combo as well. My 347 is well beefed up, but with the C4/and convertor I believe the numbers can be skewed. Mine laid 328rwhp and 330rwtq. Main thing, I will post my 1/4 times when I get them

i would look into a hitech custom ground cam. that cam is fit for a 302, not a 347. you have to be able to pull air in, inorder to push air out.
