its going to need a mass air flow sensor also. when I worked at the infinity dealer and this happened it got a new PCM, new IAC and a new MAF and with a new pcm you have to do a relearn.

The Idle air control valve went out and apparently when the iacv goes out it takes the ecu with it. The car would run and die instantly without you working the throttle, replaced the iacv and now it does the lopey idle, pulled the ecu, to check and it smells like my old fried sub amps from back in the day.
