2001 Infinity I30 ECU question

So i need to have the ECU rebuilt for this 01 I30 I have sitting here. Anyone have a good local place that can do this for me.

Why does it need a rebuild?

The Idle air control valve went out and apparently when the iacv goes out it takes the ecu with it. The car would run and die instantly without you working the throttle, replaced the iacv and now it does the lopey idle, pulled the ecu, to check and it smells like my old fried sub amps from back in the day.

Pop it open, De-solder and replace parts as needed.

Sounds like it was designed without a proper buffer. Could call around some junkyards too, but ask about the return policy, some don't allow returns or ask an extra fee for the option.
