It was a simple head swap going from whatever stock heads were on it with 1.5 rockers to GT40Ps with 1.6s, nothing else. plugs were white on the old heads, it could still be a fuel issue.

So the distributor was probably even removed for the head swap. And he just tossed it back in about where it was or what?
