Quick update. Dropped off stuff for blasting today. Picking up those parts and taking to powdercoaters in the morning. Along with picking up the expo rear end. Picking up engine from steve and wheels from mike tomorrow evening. Parts truck may be leaving Saturday .

Then picked up stuff from powder coat mostly silver stuff except the valvecovers



Started assembling the engine thanks to steve mn5.0 for doing the valvetrain and cam install.

New high volume oil pump



Also picked up the rear axle. From a 98 v8 explorer has 3.73 gears and is in good condition just needs cleaned up and painted

How are you mounting it? I ended up stripping the tube and welding on my own pads and shock mounts.

Are you sure those headers will work with those heads / plug angle? I got the GT40P specifict shorties and the plugs are still very tight on #5 through #8. #1 through #4 are good though. You'll need 90 degree boots for sure.

Spiral. Ill just be mounting it normal and picking up shock mounts to weld on and a mout on the frame.

Crappy pic but I was able to get off work early. Got the front end done and here's how we sit. Fender liners there gonna have to go . Gonna have to roll the fenders also. Might be forced to bring it up a bit. I like it but we'll see...
