    Service Entrance cable, from Main Panel to 125 Amp sub-panel 4-wire 100' run inside, what gauge copper??

    Probably 2 Gauge. I don't have my NEC on me though. 1 gauge would probably be better.

        I think 90 degree C 2 gauge is good for 130 amps, but like I said I don't have my NEC and it has been a while. I think you may need to do some other calculations for conductors feeding a panel. Good luck.

                    You can technically go #2 but at that lengh, and the cost difference, I would go #1 unless you are looking at a pretty light loading schedule fo rthat panel.

                          Make sure that the breakers you are terminating in is allowed the terminations of al wire. It should be but just double check before proceeding.
