You're right. Clearly the guy made the right choice by having two kids at the age of 22 while not making shit. Instead of punishing him, we should probably just charge like $100/month, and then the rest of us can pay for his mistake through welfare. And if he has 5 or 6 more kids, we can pay for those too. The best part is if you get another job or a better paying job all she has to do is ask for a new court date and they will adjust the support so she still gets the same percentage. The only way to get ahead is work as much OT as possible.

dude you are truly a dumbfuck. welfare has nothing to do with child support the whole moral of the story is that the amount they get out of fathers is outrageous...and les, aside from daycare it doesnt take 500/mon. to raise a kid. i have been gettin hosed for 650/mon for about 7 years i was told im gettin a deal because for what i make i should be paying 1200/mon.

I pay 485$ a month for one child.

I have to cover her medical (She has diabetes and celiac disease) My medical insurance only covers 90% after 1000$ out of pocket a year they cover full. She uses this 1000$ every year, so toss in another 100$, then add on from single to family coverage 98$ a month to 239$ a month.. so another round 150$ a month, christmas birthdays about 400$ a year, random shit ect clothes her mom saying stuff like "i need 100$ to buy new shoes and coat" ect.... ever now and then

Chad I disagree. i have 2 kids, And I will tell you with Health Insurance,co pays, formula, diapers, and any other little things $500 a month is not shit. PERIOD. That is my opinion..

We are talking a 18 month old here. And trust me my kids see VERY little fast food. My wife is a health nut. And why shouldnt daycare be figured into the mix? And rent, utilities. These are expences all needed to raise a child in a safe enviroment.

I dont know what he makes hr. I do know that 1500 a month take home should be around 12-13 hr?

Well this person takes home 1500 month, so we will take 500 for baby, (I think we all know damn well the kid wont get all 500$ of that) that leaves 1000 to split between another kid, himself, and cost of living. How does that work

IMO he is manning up, he was fighting in court to get custody, he got a lawyer and shit. He went from 0 to 48% custody. He wants nothing more than to the the best father to the kid.

Again, just thinking out loud.
