if you dig deeper into that, you'll find out that there hasn't been a true study on 2nd hand smoke done in quite some time. Back in 93' the EPA released those same 'facts' in a study. What they neglected to tell you is that they 'cherry-picked' the data to grab the best results that they could to obtain the outcome that they (prior to the actual study) claimed that they got. Statistics 101. You can get people to believe what you want, if you manipulate the data the way you want.

The WHO (World Health Orginization) also did their own study where people that worked around 2nd hand smoke were slightly at more risk of developing cancer, but since the study was so small, they couldn't rule out variables and weren't conclusive in the studies since everybody reacts differently. In that study, they found out that children raised by smokers were 22% less likely to get lung cancer.
