I have been serious about all I've posted.

DUI is truly a money maker. The cops don't just drive around looking for weavers. The go fuck with people all night long tring to bust em for having 4 beers rather than 3.

I know dozens of peeps with DUIs but don't know anybody hurt by drunken driving.

I do agree it happens and it shouldn't. I just think the BAC legal limit is too low. I do agree driving drunk is very bad. It's the definition of drunk I'm worried about.

I've accepted the fact that driving after even feeling a slight buzz is too much with the current laws and anybody who doesn't is a fool.

Drinking is fun, it's just best done in the closet with the laptop posting on TCStangs.

Some of you guys have a definite problem and should seek help, seriously alcoholism is a disease that kills people. It's funny listening to you guy rationalize it, "most of you have done it", maybe so but damn if i got one i sure as hell wouldn't do it again.

that is true. u drive drunk u are deserve whatever you get... i wish the penalties were harder. i myself have been affected by drunk driving, and 94yellowsleeper im sorry about your sister, i have not been affected near as bad as you and your family has, nor do i want to. if i were in your shoes i dont know what i would have done.

drunk driving is teh gay and all who do it should be thrown in jail for a long time.

even if i was a casual drinker, which I'm not, it took 8 beers in a little over 2 hours to get me to a .067 (tested by an officer in a controlled environment)

well I will admit to getting a couple of speeding tickets, the last of which was just over a decade ago.

but I also had to bury my sister two days before Christmas this past year because of a drunk driver.

I'm sorry to hear that!!! I really am. I just hate it when people throw stones at 1 group of people, could of been a driver that fell a sleep at the wheel, was under the influence of something else, was speeding, was racing, was driving recklessly, was OLD and didn't know better, etc. etc.

First of all, for the record… I don’t drink and drive.. Ever!! I have zero DWI’s


Ever notice it’s the guy who meets a few friends after work and has 2 or 3 beers then drives home feeling fine is the guy who gets the DWI, while the hardcore booze hound that drives drunk on a regular basis (sometimes nightly) can get away with it year after year after year, etc?
