The Kris R special price is $2900. Install for you would be $1000. You would need injectors and a tune. The fuel system should work till about 450hp.

Besides, I actually like the way the GTO looks. It's even on a tried and tested platform. To bad it didn't make it here as well as it did down under.

Exactly. I mean, honestly....how many people do you know of that are building up a Mark VIII to tear up the track and streets? I've seen a few buildups recently that will go straight just fine...but I would like to take advantage of the wonderful suspension setup Ford used in this chassis, and improve upon it.

When someone posts their new car, they are bound to get good and bad opinions. When I posted mine, the thread got locked. Didn't bother me, I can listen to other people opinions. I thought KrisR was kidding, so I goofed on him a bit. But I get your point.
