25 and got my first ticket tonight.
I was in the Fountains of Arbor Lakes tonight (new part of the mall in maple grove). Decided to have some fun, dumped the clutch and layed some nice tracks through the parking lot.
I start leaving, as I'm leaving I see a rent-a-cop running up on my left, so I say screw it and leave anyways.
As I'm leaving I notice a rent-a-cop-truck pick his buddy up and start following me...fun!
Traffic was a little thick and I couldnt loose em....I'm on 169 on the edge of Osseo and I get pulled over....Eventually 3 squads show up for me.
Long story short, the rent-a-cop tried telling the cops that I tried to run him over....I Told the cops that having just washed and waxed my Z, I wasn't about to run someone over.
I got a unreasonable acceleration ticket out of the deal.
Cop was really cool with me, and we BSed for a while after the other 2 squads and the fake cops left. I treated him well...Was completely honest about the entire situation when he came to the window. Before he asked I told him I was doing a burnout and I ran from the fake cops. All questions were asked with a "yes sir, no sir" answer.
I go to court on the 22nd for it to decide what the judge has in store for me.
Advice for those who get pulled over.
Always be honest (this has always kept me from getting in trouble)
Turn the car completely off
Keys on the dash
Hands at 10 & 2
Respond with "yes sir, no sir"
Have a girlfriend with massive melons for the cop to look at.
