I looked up the law as well and have it printed at home. Its only illegal if the house takes a rake, if it is an establishment ie jakes bar, then max prize can only be 200 bucks. otherwise homegames are fine as long as there is no rake...

Yeah, a couple of my buddies wanted me to back them for a poker room they wanted to make. I was interested until they said I was putting up ALL the money and only getting 15%.

I got a 600 chip set, full weight if needed, also I have access to a full size pro table!!

Ive got a 500 chipset 11.5 gram chips. ive got a Pitboss 8 person table( octogon shaped, 2 piece. Leather bottom, felt playing top)

I got chips and poker tables covered. I got two full texas holdem tables (with arm rests). One 10 person and one 8 person.

Joe, is your octagon table pretty portable? We could use that as an 'overflow' table if we get more then 16 people.

All you guys would need to bring is a folding chair, beer, and money.
