now you are just wasting money. spin it as hard as you can then get it tuned. its not a turbo you will not have to make any adjustments. just drive the fucking thing.

Pulley is ordered btw, I put a larger crank pulley on a few hours ago so the new blower pulley won't slip like a bitch. (I have a larger accessory set from a Mark VII)

take note this system is ment for a boosted engine. and costs over 1200 to start out with. I think it would be best to save 500 bucks and have it tuned. unless you plan on playing with the settings daily. What about something smaller for now?

Its nice, but I was hoping to keep the factory harness for now, something that piggy backs on the Ford EEC would be better.

EEC IV Tuning
So anyway, its time, I need a chip before I take this pig to the dyno to see where I am at in a few weeks. Things are starting to change at a rapid pace and I am quickly outgrowing the factory tune, not to mention its only a matter of time before that FMU fails under WOT and I get to change head gaskets (btw, its about an hour to get the valve covers off now)
I am looking for the best options, needs to be somewhat user friendly and powerful. I was thinking about either the QuarterHorse or a Tweecer R/T but I am open to other options.
IT MUST be tunable in real time, real time readouts and have data logging. A tune selector switch would be nice, but not necessary. Cost is a limited factor, but something in the reasonable range is good.
