Anybody know of a way to run manual steering in a '96 other than by getting a flaming river rack and pinion? Doing a carbureted 5.0 swap into my factory 3.8l car, and I just don't want to waste any of my motor's power on that p/s poop.
SN-95 manual steering??

I know it's easier to run power steering, but I just plain don't want it. The less stuff in my engine bay and the less accessories the better. The Power Wheels man--Best prices around on Power Wheels, always assembled and ready-to-go when you get here

Or swap in a real motor. I've got a 351w for the car as well, but ran into a few problems with that, so I'm just throwing in a mild 5.0 for now...hopefully going to have a 395w stroker in the car in about 2 years...depends if I join the NG or not and get a nice big G.I. bill.Originally posted by sn95GT View PostOr swap in a real motor.
