I would go SBC,but I have a shitload of SBF parts.I would have to buy all the Chev parts.

I am pretty sure there is one is an RX7 in the Mankato area with a 302 in it...no idea on details tho.

i have a sbc in my 88 rx7... fun car. took the motor out and putting an ls2 in there. if you want to do a sbc, i have all the mounts, etc.

SBF is the most popular swap as far as I know. I believe you can "flip" the stock crossmember and install a 302 with a dual sump pan (fox pan?) and "it will fit right in". I'm pissing around with the rotary in an '85 now.

I have a 5.0L set of brackets and mounts, that allows you to install a 5.0L ford mustang engine into your 1st generation Mazda RX7. It comes with the motor mount brackets which bolt to factory crossmember, the motor mounts that are needed, and the transmission crossmember.
