OK, yet another problem. hoping to be small.
Driving down the road and lost fuel pressure, once again its an 88 f350 351w. I had spark. but no fuel in the rails. couple minutes later it started back up, moved 10 feet and died again, i have not tinkered with anything electrical wise lately or notice any hesitation in acceleration.
So first i figured it was a simple fuel pump failure. I took it off and sent power to it, and it worked fine. My next step was my buddys idea. I put power from the battery to the fuel pump to keep it running, and as i cranked it over nothing happened. plugs are giving me spark, fuel rails are full, and the plugs are dry. We read the power to the injectors at 3 volts. I really don't think the injectors are clogged, i would expect the engine to atleast want to kick over. My next step is to try a new ignition control mod. unless someone on here is the wiser? help well appreciated. C4C is not getting this one.
