Chevy Impala no start.... HALP

I'm about at my wits end with this thing. Every couple weeks (or more infrequent), it won't start. Turn the key, and doesn't do ANYTHING. Let it sit for 20+ minutes, and it'll start again, and I won't have issues for another 2-4 weeks. I've replaced starter, battery, neutral safety switch. When I replaced the NSS, I thought I had fixed it... hasn't done it for a couple months. However, it did it again this morning. Can the PASS system fuck with something like this? I have no idea, but it's driving me fucking crazy.

Got another key? I had a similar issue with a '99+ Grand Am, and again on a '01 Malibu. Was using a copy on one of them, and the other car just had a worn out original. Had them each start using the 2nd original factory key and neither of them have come back.

Lee, have someone pull any and all codes from the engine module and the body module and let me know what you find. I still have access to gm service information. Ill try to help if I can. You might have a bad ignition switch also if you havent changed that already

Codes have been pulled earlier, there's nothing significant to the no start... just an MAF code, and I've since replaced the MAF.

Yea, I dunno if it's the microchip in the key crapping out or what. I'm going to try what Adam suggested, but any other suggestions would be awesome

Forgot to mention, has been replaced as well, since the last time it did this it wouldn't even give the key back.

Id look closely at the ignition switch. Its not like gm has a habit of those failing or anything.
