Vortech Blower Install. Torque Crank pulley?

Well i forgot i had another question. I installed the Vortech Sc-trim on the '86. And they didn't give me a torque spec for the 4 bolts that hold the blower crank pulley on. In the Sc kit, they supply longer bolts and blower pulley mounts over the stock crank pulley. They didn't include any torque specs and i called vortech and they just seemed to think hand tight was good. Really?

if they provide longer bolts that go into the balancer i would get out the haynes manual and torque them to oem spec.
