    Hesitation question

    This is kinda hard to explain...but when i go WOT sometimes the car seems to hesitate (not always but sometimes). It seems to mainly do it, like the instant I start to let off the throttle...it feels like the power cuts out for a split second, then comes back. Also if say i am cruising in 1st or 2nd gear and totally take my foot off the pedal, it will lurge forward (more so than normal). It only started doing this after I got my new tune last week. It was fine on the dyno, but of course as soon as I drive it home it does this.

    I thought it might be my spark plugs but I changed them to a new set and its still doing it.

    I'm sure most of you will say it could be many things, but just wanted to check to see if anyone else has had a similar problem.

    Any ideas?

      It started right after you got your tune.

      I am guessing it is the tune.

        no tune? lol start there, also plugs is a easy fix
        11.0 w 550 whp > 11.0 w 1100 whp VW

          I am actually thinking it is my PPRV...alot of cobras get this problem. I actually found this site while searching other terminator forums

              I changed my plugs and regapped them..that fixed my idle problem, but not the hesitation.

              I added in a Boost-A-Pump...which I think might be some of the cause as well.

                Just go to APS and get her tuned. Look what Modded Mystic picked up after going there. Now he needs a new clutch lol

                  I just went to DB and got it tuned. I probably should have gone to APS...but too late now :-(

                    Nothing wrong with DB. My car is doing this right now, and I'm pretty sure its belt slip, You can watch the boost gauge flutter when it starts to do it.
