Need to borrow a nitrous bottle.

A buddy of mine (who's computer is down of course) asked if I would post this for him. Basically he is need of a 10lb nitrous bottle to borrow for a week. He has a NX twin gemini kit on his car that hasnt worked correct since the day he bought it 2 years ago. He's been through every component in the system, had the solonoids rebuilt, and bought basically every part possible that may cause this kit not to work. He's down to the bottle at this point and would like to try another just to rule his out as being the problem. He's had the bottle filled at 3 different places but it seems as though everytime he gets it filled theres something that causes the nitrous to not come out of the bottle correctly. When he hits the purge he gets the usual white plume for a split second then it goes to air and back to nitrous, over and over. When on the spray the car acts the same way, you can feel the spray hit then stop then hit over and over. We've even tried just pulling the bottle out and cracking the valve and it does the same thing, its almost as though the pickup isnt right, or the valve on the bottle is messed up. Anyways, if you have an empty spare or wouldnt mind borrowing one for a week that would be greatly appreciated.

They might not have purged the bottle of regular air the first time it was filled. probably nothing wrong with the bottle just the people who filled it.

I suppose that could be the issue but you would have thought NX would have done this. He had it filled at their station down at WFC 6.
