the douch that had mt car befor hacked up my wiring harness like big time there are fleetfarm fuse boxes added in and stuff not plugged in and the thing is ALWAYS having wiring issues.

    its a 91 fox body
could i just trash it all and put a carb and new intake on it?

id go with the full harness titaniumgt posted. that would be easier then a carb conversion, as much as i hate efi. but this is just my opinion

It's not hard to swap the harness with the dash in, i just did it when i did my mass air conversion and it took maybe 15 minutes to get the speed density harness out and mass air harness in. My car is a factory non a/c car though so that might have helped

you lucky bastard with no factory a/c

but he has to change the WHOLE harness though right? that can only be done with the dash out unless you have go go gadget arms?

AND while its also out get a aluminum quadrant cause with out the dash in its super easy

I changed the complete harness in mine, i got a complete mass air harness out of a 91 gt and took the sd one out and put the mass air one in, it really wasn't as hard as you would think. Actually did it twice cuz for some reason we couldn't get power to the fuel pump relay with the mass air harness and it had some extra plugs so we decided to put the factory harness back in and just splice in the mass air part, shoulda just done that in the first place

I dunno mine was real easy, pulled the whole thing out from up above the computer, my car is weird though cuz it's a gt with no a/c, no power windows, no power locks and not sure if it had cruise or not because it has an aftermarket steering wheel in it. So basically the only options the car has are that its a gt and it has a sunroof so it has a lot less wiring in it
