Need stock springs cut

I am looking to lower my car, and to save some $$ im just going to cut the stock springs...im sure I could get the front springs out on my own, but the rears worry me.

Anyone have any tools for this, and could do it for me? Got an instal quote? Not sure how hard it is to cut the actual spring, but im assuming not that tough

You know you can get used springs for around $100... By the time you fuck around with cutting them you may as well just buy something you won't want to take out after 1 month.
