Difference between '99 and '00-04 Supercharger kits?

I'm lookin at this Supercharger kit on Corral.net and I see it says '99-04 2v 4.6L V8 mustang. I went to Vortech's site and looked at the supercharger kit and what its listed as new. Vortech's website has 2 diff kits. '99 and then '00-04.


Why the difference? What will stop me from putting the '00-04 system on my '99 4.6L 2v?

no the front cover where it mounts is different. you need the 99-00 bracket.
