Brake line help

Hey guys,

I am going to redo the brake line in my car. My question is, which size should I go with?

I see,
3/16
1/4
5/16
3/8

All in O.D size

I can go with any of these, but is there one I should pick due to performance reasons? I plan to install a big brake kit over next winter.

Car is a 78 firebird if that matters.

if i rememebr correctly stock is 3/16 and u wanna stay stock for that, so go 3/16
