    Any GMAC Techs ?

    Our 2007 Caliber MIL came on today on the way home.

    I threw my OBDII reader on it and it came up with a P2004 DTC - Intake Manifold Runner stuck open (or something like that).

    Anyone know if this is something I can service myself or is it a dealer trip.

    Researching on line, sounds like there is a TSB for exactly this issue, but if its any easy fix, I'd just assume do it myself.

      You can probably try freeing up the intake manifold runner by hand.. Friend's gf had an old shitty Windstar with this problem. I sprayed some penetrating oil on the arm and freed it up that way... There probably is a TSB, i have not ran across this problem yet.

            I believe the warranty is good til 36,000 miles.

            Odometer is at 35359.

                  Why would you touch it if its in warranty. Get it documented incase it happens again.
