Bad ass Marauder!

Just finished up with this yesturday. A few years back we installed a Trilogy supercharger (a magnison M112, similar to the eaton but more efficient). We lated installed full length stainless works headers and full exhaust. Last year we tuned it up on E85, and it made 450rwtq 480rwhp.

Well we just turned to boost up a bit, and this is how it turned out.



Last year he went 11.9s, and is hoping for 11.5-11.6s this year.

Yes it is 100% stock motor!! It lived all last year at 480rwhp with about 40 track passes on it. The owner knows that it could be a ticking time bomb, but im keeping the RPM low, and the spark is still pretty conservitive even with the E85 so I think we will see quite a few passes out of it this year too.

I've been really temped by the Trillogy set up but wondered how the tranny handles this kind of power? I just don't have the money for a built tranny and a supercharger

Well as far as the tranny goes, this one is built. However we do have a 4.6L 2v GT auto running around with a supercharger and a small shot of the spray made 630rwhp through the stone stock auto and so far has held up just fine.

The tranny behind this marauder was stock for quite some time at a lil under 400rwhp with the trilogy set-up and stock exhaust.
