    Paxton SN2000 Supercharger, know anything?

I have a option to buy a Paxton SN2000 supercharger and i really don't know much about these. This is not a novi 2000, and the info that i found online is that it is an older paxton ball style charger that makes upto 10 psi. Are these any good? or should i keep shopping.

Keep shopping. Plenty of S TRIMS, T TRIMS, NOVI1000'S AND NOVI 2000'S out there.
It is a damn poor mind indeed which can't think of at least two ways to spell any word.

I had a similar one on my car at one time, bout 5 years ago. It made decent power, I ran mid 12's at 117mph with h/c/i combo. If its in good condition and cheap(<$600), it wouldnt be a bad first blower, but it gives no room to grow. I dont know about reliability on them, I probably put about 5-10K miles on mine without any issues.

That being said, I agree with LES. Look for a better blower for a little more money.

          ball style paxton= junk.
no questions. Paxton does not sell/ service these anymore, and if you try to spin them hard they lock up. Rebuild kits are $400 and they are not efficient at all.
