Friend needs some help - side work anyone?

'97 Tahoe:

Replace Lower Intake Gaskets
Replace Left Front Axle Seal
Replace Oil Cooler Lines
Replace Rear Pinion Seal
Brake System Flush
Fuel Filter

Anyone want to tackle for some side work? Previous experience/ASE helpful but not required. He wants it done and it is NOT his daily driver, so it could be a short term project for someone.

Thought I'd throw it out there for some of you side mechanics..
