Rocker Arms?

I am kind new to this building Mustangs. Can someone explain to me what the benefit to Upgrading the rocker arms is and what kinda gains to expect?
I mean i read somewhere it is one of the best bang for the buck upgrades you can do.. Ic they are pretty cost effective but i just dont get what you are gaining and upgrading?
i guess this may sound stupid to you guys.
Do you also or should u also upgrade anything else at the time or is this a stand alone upgrade.

Not a stupid ?, companies will tell you anything to get their product sold.
When I installed them, I do notice that it revs A LITTLE free'r and smoother than before. The benfits that I know of is it reduces friction by having a roller tip vs. the sled type that is on the 5.0 and thus reduces heat.

I installed them at the same time I did the intake and TB, but I would say that you will not get much of a gain from adding them alone. Just my .02.
