My rotating assymbly is at the machine shop, bored out .030, line honed, balance and blueprinted bottem end!! yea.... finally. Took long enough.

Did it cost less than buying an already built shortblock? Was it worth the extra time?

well the crank was 400.00 the rods were 375 the pistons were 300.00 the cam was 169.75 and for total machine work and extras under 500.00 so yeah. I got all this stuff for a good deal though. so 1800.00s for a short block fully forged, blue printed and balanced, not to shabby
