I put a 88 gt power rack in a 82 cobra and also sn 95 spindles and now the wheels are towed in about one inch

Adjust your toe-out, then. As long as you have one and a half times the rod diameter worth of thread engagement, you are good.

Just did that thank you, I turned the toe out and there is about 4 threads out of the inside sticking out
