    i hate working on cars

i put in a bbk fuel pressure regulator with gauge, trick flow intake, 65mm tb and egr spacer, bbk 255lph fuel pump, and bbk cai.

just tried to start it the stupid stock injectors leaked. i do notice that the egr valve touches the new bbk fuel pressure regulator which may be cocking the passenger fuel rail, but the drivers side rail leaks also.

i don't want to take all this apart again, how do you seat those injectors, i lighting oiled the o rings like chiltons said and push like crazy on them while tightening the rails down. is it me or is the design of the stock injectors and rail make it hard to seat them?

this sucks, maybe i should just drop another $500 and go up to #24 injectors and new rails just so i have a better chance at seating them.

anyone else have issuses with leaking injectors?

Examine your injectors for cracked end caps and or missing/damamged O-rings. I would redo it. Make sure that your fuel rails are not bolted down to your intake untill all injectors are in installed in rail.

I agree redo it. Take the injectors out and make sure the o-rings have no rips or tears in them or buy new o-rings and reinstall them. When you go to put the injectors in wiggle the fuel rail back and forth till they are completely seated. You shouldn't have to press the fuel rail down when you go to bolt it down it should be lined up with the holes if not they are not all the way seated.just my .02???
