    What is a 18" equivalant size of a 33" Truck tire??

      i don't understand the question. a 33" tire is a 33" tire, no matter the wheel size. are you looking for a metric conversion??

              285/65/18 is very close it measures out to be 32.8" tall in a BFG all terrain T/A
