brakes

my question is I have a 95 ranger 5 spd that has been parked for about 8 months. turned it on but the brakes are freaking rough when going to brake it brakes real hard should I replace just brakes ,rotors ,drums or what they seem to need some of lubrication .

See if your calipers are sticking?

But really though, replace/repair what is causing the problem, and untill you inspect the brakes, all we can do is guess.

is it just alot of rust on the rotors from sitting? if so keep using the brakes and it'll get that off there.
