    rough shake

asked this before and never got a answer. my car is now worse. So what its doing is when I go about 70mph the shifter shakes a little, speed up to 75mph and it shakes more. If I push the clutch in the whole car shakes violently, never did that before. any ideas???

Turn off the engine when the clutch is pushed in and see of the shaking stops.

If the shaking stops, you have a problem forward of the clutch. I suspect it's a bad mount, shock, out of balance driveshaft, or bad u-joint.

Have you had the tires balanced lately? I had a tire move on the rim throwing it out of balance. Bend or damaged wheel?

Mine does the EXACT same thing, but it stays the same when I push in the clutch. Only goes away when I slow down. I'm in the midst of replacing my driveshaft U-joints, I'll let you know what happens.

Did you get the driveshaft checked for balance? I ruined a driveshaft for my Ramcharger once when I changed the U-Joints. Vibrated like a SOB over 45.

u joint or driveline angles would be my guess
it's almost allstock! except the wheels.

Sometimes they look good, but are bad and you need to test them. I had a back u-joint let go on a old Fairlane I had and the driveshaft dropped down. Good thing I was only going 30 mph.
