IMO there is no such thing as "tasteful neon" on a Mustang. Neon = rice. Period. Thats just my opinion, but lucky for me I get to have all the opinions I want.....

I say 4. Add some glow in the dark striping kits and more neon. Dont forget the LED valve stem caps on your wheels. The get some license plates that say "TRON"

Okay, I think you guys are being a little hard on the neons... Granted they're not exactly my favorite thing in the world, they're deffinetly the lesser of many evils (alum. wings, fart tips, [gay]body kits). Neons work for a show car...but I'll take performance over show.

now distastefully done neons......that's BAD. Take for example the "supra" labled non-supra (I think it wasn't a supra) vehicle that had neons under neith, LED washer lights, Neons on the inside on the A-pillar, neons in the grill, neon license plate frames, neons here and there and up its arse i'm sure....It looked like a rolling freakin strip joint!

me personally, i don't think neons should be on a mustang.... period. tastefully or not, it's still neon lights.

Ok now that we are all done flaming about the neons, a more serious matter, since I decided on the supercharger the Vortech looks like the best deal I found one for $3100 but I was reading that the superchargers that come set up for a bone stock stang, so you have to get your car tuned:
1. what exactly does that entail?
2. where could it be done?
3. how much does it cost?

Yep just for the MAC CAI(not applicable), throttle body, shorty headers o/r x pipe and cat back

You should be able to start out with whatever they provide, but of course further tuning would be beneficial. You can mail order a chip, get something like a Tweecer, or wait until June and the guys from Fordchip.com are supposed to be in town for a tuning/dyno day. From all I've heard those guys are quite good.
