    nos/ timing question please help

    nos/ timing question
    my car is set to 26 deg for pump gas, I want to run up to a 125 hp shot of nos, how much to I ahve to boost my octane without changing my timing?

    (every 50 hp nos 2 deg retard )
    ( if stand with 92 I would have to retard 5 deg )
    ( if ran 100 hp nos my octane whould be _____ to not detonate.)

    m6 c5 439 rwhp 406 tq h/c full bolt on
    11.0 w 550 whp > 11.0 w 1100 whp VW

    first of all always run 91-93+ with spray it never hurts to have the better gas wile running spray.

    alot of people here are just prob going to tell u if u are going to be timeing ur car with spray u should prob get on the dyno for that.

    i know alot of people like me with spray who just run it safe and leave the timeing retarded and if u want to run it more efficent go to the dyno.

    but this is just me i like to be safe and i think it is 2 deg every 50shot

      you have to retard your timing or your going to go boom by the first bottle,thats why the directions say retard your timing this is the #1 reason people blow there shit up with spray
