1st/2nd gear clunk fix!

For all of us with the tremec 3650 5-speed transmission with the 1st/2nd gear clunk.

All parts are due in from the plant this week and should be available through dealers within a few weeks.

All of us with this gear clunk problem can finally get it fixed.

For the question on what causes the problem. I would guess the parts they are replacing to cure it. Not to be a smart a** or anything. One of the transmission guys on here would have to get technical. I'm not the guy to do that.

You can also drain the fluid out and refill with 3.2quarts of ATF, instead of the factory fill of 3.4q.

It helped my '01 Cobra a little bit. But not much.
