Pay to change 1997 F150 Tie rod ends

Looking for quotes for someone to replace the tie rod ends for my f150.

Or is this something I can do myself relatively easy?

I know I need an alignment afterwords but I can have that done at a shop...

"Problem" When I make left turns its grinding pretty hard, especially after Ive been driving on the interstate for a while, then get off on an exit and take a left turn...

Had them lubricated and it helped a little, but they have been dry for around a year or so I would say.

I will do them for 10 bucks each as long as you have a place I can do it at and air for me to use...

also have you had the ball joints checked lately... ford has more problems with lower bj's grinding then outer tie rods. howevery I did just do lower bj's in one and it did turn out to be the tie rod.

sure I did and nothing was loose but it dosent have to be loose in order to grind.

I know but usually you can feel the grind if you hold the suspect component while the wheels are being turned with the suspension loaded

not always... in this particular case the vehicle only did it when it hit a bump while going around a corner.... like I stated before it is normaly the ball joint that goes dry first. I do at least 10 ball joint sqeaks to 1 tie rod the tie rods seem to go loose or fall off before they sqeak.
