    Are you saying 35 psi total pressure, with the vacuum line disconnected


    OR





    35 Psi @ idle with the vacuum line connected



    BECAUSE

    My pressure is already below 35 psi @ idle with the vacuum line connected, but it shoots up to 41 as soon as I crack the throttle.

    Cool, glad you know a lot, maybe we should get together in May when I get home
    My couch pulls out but I don't.

      The only other thing I can think of is the Diverter or Bypass valves for the air pump aren't fuctioning properly so my cats aren't getting the extra air they need.


      Sucks not being able to check all of this out till much later.
      My couch pulls out but I don't.

        The diverter valves wouldnt cause what your describing. And they only normaly function untill the vehicle reaches operating temp anyways.

        35psi with vacuum connected.
