    Cooler leaking-advice needed

My car's leaking anti-freezer for 3 weeks now. In those 3 weeks i've had to fill up twice (low cooler indicator on).

4 or so years ago when i bought the car, i wasn't used to driving a stick. I pretty much taught myself. On one of those occassions, i was pulling into a parking spot at the mall. Instead of stepping on the brakes, i did a newbie mistake and stepped on the clutch instead thinking it was the brake pedal. Car didn't stop, hit the curb, went over and came to a stop on top of a small bush.

Needless to say, the alignment was thrown off balance and there was minor damage to the underside (nothing that needed urgent repairs then). It leaked, and i took it to my ford dealer to get that and the alignment fixed, and they told me it wasn't leaking. Ever since then, it hasn't leaked. 3 weeks ago, it started leaking once again.

Anyways, here are the pics. I'm guessing that bent part is the radiator support. Anyways, what is an easy fix (if there is one)?

Your car came with a crappy radiator made of hard plastic. Get a new one.

I recommend a Fluidyne for the excellent fit and finish for the 94-95 cars.

You're gonna have to yank the rad. out and get that support back in shape. Now since the rad. is out, do you really wanna put the same one back in?

No. I'm looking at a few aftermarket one. I planned on upgrading the cooling system once my car actually started making power, but i guess i won't have to wait till then.

How could i get the support back in shape? Hammer it back in place? and the radiator swap isn't difficult is it? I've never done or seen it done before. If i could do it myself and save the cost of labor, i'll do it myself.

How? The right tools. A seamers Vice Grip (they have a wide clamping surface) or a GOOD pair of linesman plires, and I'm sure some light attitude adjustments w/a hammer. And the rad. swap is very doable. You don't have to be a "certified brain surgeon" to do that

I am sensing a mechanical "gathering" for moral and technical support may be in order here... (hint hint)

One to do the work, and 2 or 3 or so to stand around w/a beer and tell 'em "yah, that looks right"
